1. Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If you receive a product that is damaged or not what you ordered, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return.
2. Time Frame:
You must request a return within 48 hours of receiving the item by emailing us at [email protected] with your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product in question. Requests received after this time will not be accepted.
3. Return Conditions:
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, color differences due to lighting, or size concerns unless the item was wrongly delivered.
4. Return Process:
Once your return request is approved, we will coordinate a pickup or request that you ship the item back to us. Further instructions will be provided via email.
5. Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a full refund will be issued via bank transfer within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are not issued for items damaged due to customer misuse or for returns requested after 48 hours of delivery.
6. No Refunds for COD Rejections:
Refusing to accept a Cash on Delivery (COD) order without valid reason will result in being ineligible for future orders or refunds.
